As a New Mexico Pre-K Teacher at Kidz R Us Learning Academy, you'll lead a high-quality classroom focused on preparing children for kindergarten through engaging, play-based learning aligned with New Mexico Pre-K standards. You'll create meaningful lesson plans that encourage curiosity, creativity, language development, early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional growth.Working closely with families and fellow educators, you'll assess student progress, document developmental milestones, and provide individualized support that helps every child succeed. You'll maintain a structured, nurturing classroom while ensuring compliance with all New Mexico Early Childhood Education and Care Department (ECECD) requirements and program standards.We're looking for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about early childhood education, values strong relationships with children and families, and is committed to helping young learners build the confidence and skills they need for lifelong success.
