Kidz R Us Learning Academy is seeking a dependable and experienced Assistant Director to support the daily operations of our early childhood education center. This leadership role works closely with the Director to help oversee staff, maintain program quality, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and well-organized learning environment for children and families.
The Assistant Director plays an important role in supporting teachers, maintaining compliance with early childhood education standards, and helping create a positive and collaborative center culture. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
