As a Floater at Kidz R Us Learning Academy, you'll provide valuable support throughout our centers by assisting classrooms wherever extra help is needed. Each day offers something new as you work with children of different ages, helping maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment while ensuring classrooms run smoothly.
You'll support teachers with daily routines, supervise children during learning activities, meals, outdoor play, naps, and transitions, and step into classrooms to maintain proper staff-to-child ratios. Your flexibility, positive attitude, and willingness to adapt will help ensure every classroom receives the support it needs while providing children with consistent care and encouragement.We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, works well with others, and is passionate about early childhood education.
